Catering Orders

Booking Requirements:
- Small Catering (Under $200): 48 hours notice
- Large Catering ($200-500): 1 week notice
- Premium Catering (Over $500): 2 weeks notice
- Wedding/Special Events: 3-4 weeks notice

Delivery & Setup:
- Delivery Fee: $25 based on distance and order size
- Setup Service: $25 (optional)
- Delivery Window: 2-hour window confirmed 24 hours prior
- Equipment: Client provides tables, power if needed

Payment & Confirmation:
- Deposit: 50% required to secure date
- Final Payment: Due day of service
- Final Headcount: Confirmed 48 hours prior
- Contract: Required for all orders over $300
