- **Final Payment**: Due on the day of service

What makes your packaging eco-friendly?
We use "Tear Me Up & Plant Me!" packaging. All boxes are layered with seeded paper on the outer parts (not in food contact). Simply:

2. Plant in a well-drained container
3. Add soil and water
4. Place in a sunny location indoors
5. Watch the magic happen!

Q: Do you offer same-day orders?

A: At this time, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for most dessert orders. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability.

Q: Do you deliver to offices or just homes?
A: We deliver to both! Many of our clients schedule deliveries for office meetings, team lunches, and celebrations.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm catering orders. The remaining balance is due before the event date.

A: Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A: We stand by our quality. Contact us within 30 Mins. of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit.

To keep things smooth and efficient, we deliver during set windows each day:

Morning: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Q: How far in advance should I order for holidays?
A: We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance for peak holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day) as delivery slots fill up quickly.

Q: Do you deliver to event venues?
A: Yes, we deliver directly to event spaces, hotels, and banquet halls — perfect for weddings and parties.

Q: Can I track my delivery driver?
A: Yes, once your order is out for delivery you’ll receive a live tracking link.
