3. Delivery & Pickup
We deliver within our specified service area in Austin, Texas. Delivery fees may apply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, your order may be left at the designated location or rescheduled at your expense.
For pickups, please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery/pickup are non-refundable.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered or picked up unless the product is defective or incorrect.
