1. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time are non-refundable, as ingredients and labor have already been committed.

2. Refunds for Delivered Orders

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is delivered or picked up, unless there is an issue with the product.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

 

The product is incorrect (wrong item received)

 

The product arrives damaged

 

The product is spoiled or otherwise unsafe to consume upon arrival
